Thank you for your interest in this program. For your information, this stack is a DEMO of Volume I of a three-part program covering 15 battles from the American Civil War. Each volume features the following battles:
Volume I: First Bull Run, Hampton Roads, Shiloh, Gaines's Mill and Second Bull Run.
Volume II: Antietam, Fredericksburg, Stones River, Chancellorsville and Gettysburg.
Volume III: Chickamauga, Chattanooga, Spotsylvania, Petersburg and Atlanta.
Each battle is presented chronologically through a graphic and sound presentation which depicts troop movements for both sides. Additional information such as unit participation, commander biographies, battle summaries and timelines are also included.
The intent of this program is to show, through a simplified demonstration, the strategies of each army. This program is best suited for persons new to learning about the Civil War and the people involved.
This program was written using HyperCard 2.1. It should work under 2.2. However, please let me know what version of HyperCard you are using when ordering.
